Espanol???





I am reading a story for spanish class and it says... "nos mudamos para Santa Fe" why is it para and not a or something??? THX

It means the same. Properly, it should be "Nos mudamos a Santa Fe" (A is a preposition for destination) as you said, but it's used like that in spoken spanish in some countries. In my country should've been "nos mudamos a Santa Fe". Anyway, hope i helped you :)
