Finance ministry admits mistake after Joseph Muscat reveals 5000 families were paying double the price for utility bills

Finance Minister Tonio Fenech has confirmed that the company ARMS Ltd sent unnecessary bills to a number of families. The Minister also confirmed that it was an individual who was wrongly billed who brought the situation to the company’s attention.
