I have an idea for a horror story, but never wrote a horror one before. How do I do so?

I never wrote in the horror catorgerty, even though I seen alot horror movies, and read basic horror stories.

Not sure how to start, I usually write romance so as you can see its different.

Write romantic horror.

I suggest you read 'The Unseen' series by Richie Tankersley Cusick.

It scares you in a very weird way, it will really help you write.
